Presenting to Council
Individuals or groups can request a deputation (delegation or presentation) to the Council at a regular Council or Council Briefing meeting.
Requests for a deputation should be made in contacting to the Town Clerk stating the nature of the request and the preferred date.
Regular Council is held on the second and fourth Monday of each month while Council Briefing Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Council Chambers.
